Tanya is the worst. No compassion and extremely condescending. I took my dog in without an appointment, and waited not too long. Her paw was infected and swollen. When i asked tanya if she coukd just give me som antibiotics, she replied"not without knowing what she was previously taking." Tanya very quickly dismissed me then made off color remark that i overheard, about me and my dog to the other nurses. At which point the other nurses laughed out loud. We have moved to another vet and coukdnt be happier. With competition right down the street, one has to wonder why they treat their animals/owners the way they do.
